High Quality Injection Moulding Machine & Hot runner Injection Moulding is used for quality manufacturing plastic products. Materials are fed through a heated barrel in the machine and forced into a mold where it will cool and take its shape. Insert Moulding is a similar process but instead uses a preformed part—often metal—that is loaded into a mold where it is then overmolded with a thermoplastic resin to create a final component. When the run is complete, parts are boxed and shipped shortly thereafter.
Basically process of injection Moulding and vertical Moulding are similar the only difference is the output of the vertical Moulding is less than injection Moulding. in this the two halves of the mold move vertically, up and down, to open and close. The mechanism is typically located at the top of the mold. Gravity plays a large role in filling the mold cavities, along with the injection pressure. This can help with filling time and consistency.
